Fundamentally, the collective feminine pain body is the deep, energetic, and ancestral wound all women carry, the wound of being born a woman into a wounded patriarchal social structure that is not conducive to life or the needs and health of the feminine. Being born a woman inherently bonds you with the Earth, her cycles, and your animal body as part of the natural world, and our longing for this truth and bond, which has been and is so often severed, reverberates through our lived experience whether we are aware of it or not. Women are the channels through which all life is physically and energetically birthed; women collectively dream existence into being alongside the living Goddess that is our Mother Earth. We are the containers of life. We are deeply interconnected with the wellbeing of our Mother Earth and, as such, suffer on an energetic and fundamental level under the influence of our current wounded patriarchal structure that has created a consensus reality that runs contrary to nature and the sustaining of life. This wound runs through our ancestral lines and connects us to those who came before us and those who will come after us - it also provides the key access point through which to reclaim and reawaken the Collective Feminine Wisdom Body.

The Pain Body to Wisdom Body journey was born out of my search to understand the manifestation of the collective feminine pain body within my own life as well as the years of work I have done with other women to explore and better understand the complex structure of this collective wound and how we are able to clear its harm and access the medicine held within our Feminine Wisdom Body.

The journey moves through the following modules:

Understanding the Collective Feminine Pain Body

Here, we explore the core structure of the collective feminine pain body and seek to better understand its effects and impact on our lives.

The Mother Wound & Mother Wound Ritual

Here, we delve into the mother wound to better understand how it manifests within us from the energetic, spiritual, psychological, and physical levels.

We then work with a ritual to assist in clearing this wound.

The Sister Wound & Sister Wound Ritual

Here, we explore the sister wound to better understand how it manifests within us from the energetic, spiritual, psychological, and physical levels.

We then work with a ritual to assist in clearing this wound.

The Witch Wound & Witch Wound Ritual

We move through the same process of uncovering and understanding the aspects and effects of the witch wound from the energetic through to the physical and then work with a ritual practice to assist in clearing this wound.

Reawakening the Collective Feminine Wisdom Body

In this module, we dive into greater understanding as we explore the Collective Feminine Wisdom Body and the medicine this sacred feminine structure holds for us as women.

Mother Medicine & Mother Medicine Ritual

The first path of reawakening our access to the feminine wisdom body is the reclamation of our Mother Medicine — in this module, we explore this concept and work with the Mother Medicine Ritual to activate this medicine within your field.

Sister Sanctuary & Sister Sanctuary Ritual

We then move into the warm embrace of Sister Sanctuary, witnessing the integration of the sister wound and the magic that can be woven from this space as we work with the Sister Sanctuary Ritual practice.

Witch Wisdom & Witch Wisdom Ritual

Lastly we graduate to reclaiming our Witch Wisdom and remembering and invoking the wisdom we carry within ourselves and our lineages and work with a land altar as ritual practice.

Reclaiming our Rites & Wisdom Paths & The Rite of the Womb

We close the journey in reclaiming our rites and wisdom paths and receiving the rite of the womb which is then nurtured by you to assist in integrating this journey and awakening your connection to the collective feminine wisdom body over the next 13 lunar cycles.

With each module, we explore the expression and deepen our understanding of the wound or medicine present in that aspect of the feminine pain or wisdom body, we learn practices and rituals to assist in clearing the wounds and reactivating the medicine of the collective feminine wisdom body. Each module on the guided option includes a remote or in-person private session to assist in working to clear and understand the expression of the wound in your field and to deepen your access and understanding of the wisdom and medicine you carry within your unique expression and access to the wisdom body
