Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is designed for advanced participants on a healing journey who are ready to deepen their practices and learn transformative tools for self-healing and community support. If you want to learn magick and rituals then this retreat is for you.
Can dietary preferences be accommodated?
Yes, all meals are thoughtfully prepared with locally sourced organic ingredients, and dietary needs can be accommodated.
I am interested in the extension, how much does it cost and what does it include?
We will know more details about the cost of the extension once the interest from our group has been expressed and availability for the game reserve and our guide for the sacred sites has been confirmed. This will be a fun filled, action packed and inspirational trip to experience the wilderness of South Africa together after our retreat, and we estimate it will cost under 1300 euros.
What can I expect to experience?
You will start the day with nourishing breakfasts, and depending on the theme of the day, you will be guided through workshops, discussions, ritual practices and ceremony designed to activate your inner sage, alongside immersive nature experiences and community connection. There will be space for contemplation, silent walks and togetherness. Healthy and delicious lunches/ snacks and dinners will also be served, including an outdoor fire cooked South African braai.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, swimwear, good shoes, a journal, personal toiletries, and an open mind. It is the end of Summer and start of Spring so days can be warm and evenings cool. A more detailed suggested list will be provided upon registration and closer to the time of the retreat.
What is the cancellation policy?
Once the non-refundable 25% deposit has been received, your place is secured and any cancellation will forfeit your deposit. Once registration has begun the next 50% will be required to complete it, and the remaining 25% is due 4 weeks before the start of the retreat. Full cancellation details will be provided at registration. We recommend securing travel insurance for additional protection for unforeseen circumstances.
What is the group size?
The group is intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 13 participants, to ensure a deeply personal and connected experience. Although our home for the week can accommodate double this we want you to have as much space and attention as is needed for inspiration, learning and growth to occur.
Is transportation included?
No, ground transportation from Cape Town to the retreat location is not included but can be arranged for you. Renting a car is an option and is usually cost effective in comparison to a return journey from the airport. We can recommend providers. Participants are responsible for arranging their flights.
Can I join this retreat if I have no experience of this kind of thing?
This retreat is for those who have some experience working with spiritual practices and sacred ceremony and want to learn practices and techniques for growing and sharing their skills with their communities.
